Double Bubble Slot Game

Double Bubble Small Game ReviewIf you play slots, then you already know that there are thousands of different options out there. You have everything from the one-armed bandits to the more modern and complex slots that pay bundles of money. While the one-armed bandits are simple, they don’t pay much. As far as many of the modern slots go, they can get extremely confusing. No one wants to sit down to play a slot machine and feel like they’re about to take a chemistry exam. Luckily, there are some slots that offer simplicity and large potential winnings. One such machine is the Double Bubble Slot, which can be found at Jackpot Joy.

Before we get into all the good news, let’s get the one negative out of the way first. This isn’t a progressive jackpot, which means you will not have an opportunity to win millions of dollars. While a progressive feature could easily be added, the reason this hasn’t taken place is because the game isn’t on a major network. Don’t worry, though. The jackpots can still get very high. It’s highly doubtful that you would be disappointed with a few thousand dollars, or even a few hundred dollars.

The aesthetics for Double Bubble are superb. This game has a 1950s diner type of feel. While the game has several different colors, the overwhelming color is pink. I didn’t realize until playing Double Bubble how calming the color pink can be. That soothing color combined with the gentle jingles when you spin make for a happy experience, especially if you’re lucky enough to win. The buttons and displays are easy to use and understand. Everything is large, which always makes for easier navigation.

When I first approached Double Bubble, I was a little intimidated by all the rules for the bonuses and other related features. The top payout is 20,000x coin size. However, if you bet 20 max, then the bubble line will pay 22x coin size. This kind of threw my mind for a loop, but I choose to just play and not worry about it. All I knew was that 80,000 pounds was the top prize. If I could land that once and then win a little more through regular play, I would leave a very happy individual. I did end up winning, but not anywhere near that amount. I think the reason I won was because I was having fun and I didn’t need to wager much. Since I was playing with U.S. dollars, I wasn’t sure I would even be able to play, but the game takes USD, GBP and EUR.

You can play Double Bubble for free or for real money. I would recommend playing the demo version first. They give you 5,000 pounds to begin, which is more than enough. Don’t be intimidated by all the funky bonus rules. After you play for a little while, you get the hang of it. Most importantly, you will learn that you can click on colored number lines, Bet One or Bet Max. If you choose Bet One, then you can add lines afterwards.

If you don’t want to go the demo route and you would like to play right away – yet you don’t want to get confused – then you can simply select the Auto Spin feature available at Jackpot Joy. By taking this approach, everything moves much faster and you don’t have to do much.
